![]() Provincial Smoke A smooth and creamy smoked cheddar which is made in Quebec but cold smoked in Ontario. The smokiness pairs perfectly with the sweet and tangy cheddar. The beautiful burnt-orange rind of the cheese creates a rich background that doesn’t overpower the cheddar’s delicate flavour. Provincial Smoke is a versatile cheese; as perfect for summer barbeques and ice-cold beverages as well as autumn ploughman’s lunch, served with ale.
